These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GoldMind AI website, customer dashboard, subscription service, referral program, and TradingView indicator access (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register for or use the Service.
By registering an account, submitting a payment, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclaimer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in "Changes to Features, Pricing and Terms" below.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to register for the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration — including your full name, username, email, mobile number, country, and TradingView username — and to keep that information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly through Support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. GoldMind AI offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) and strongly recommends enabling it.
Registration requires you to identify an existing, eligible customer as your referrer by providing their Customer ID and full name, which we verify against our records before your account can be created. Once your account is created, your referrer is permanently attached to your account and cannot be changed by you; corrections are only possible through the administrator-reviewed correction process referenced in "Referral Program and Commission Eligibility" below.
Access to the GoldMind AI TradingView indicator requires an active subscription. The subscription price and duration are set by GoldMind AI and may be changed for future subscription periods as described below; a subscription you have already paid for is honored at the price and duration in effect when it was approved. Indicator access is granted manually after your subscription payment is verified and is tied to the TradingView username on your account.
Registration is currently free. GoldMind AI reserves the right to introduce a registration fee for new accounts in the future; if this feature is enabled, the applicable fee and any related referral commission will be clearly displayed before you are asked to pay, and it will never apply retroactively to accounts already registered while registration was free.
Subscription and (if applicable) registration payments are made using the payment methods we make available (currently USDT TRC20 and, where enabled, bank transfer) and must be submitted with accurate proof of payment, including a transaction ID (TXID) or equivalent reference. Payments are reviewed and approved manually; access or benefits tied to a payment take effect only once it has been approved. Submitting false, altered, or duplicate payment information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
TradingView indicator access is invite-only and is granted or revoked at our discretion based on your subscription status and compliance with these Terms. Your TradingView username is used solely to grant this access; it is your responsibility to keep it accurate and to notify Support if it changes.
GoldMind AI may display links or referral codes for third-party trading platforms ("Brokers"), such as Exness, as a convenience. Using any linked Broker is entirely optional unless we clearly state otherwise for your account, and any relationship you form with a Broker is governed solely by that Broker's own terms — GoldMind AI is not a party to it. GoldMind AI may receive a referral or partner commission when you register or trade through a Broker link, as disclosed on the relevant page; this does not increase the cost of your trading account with that Broker. GoldMind AI never asks for, requests, or stores your Broker or MT5 trading account password.
Eligible customers may earn a commission when a customer they directly referred completes a qualifying action (such as an approved subscription payment or, if enabled, an approved registration payment), calculated according to the commission mode, amount, or percentage currently configured by our administrators. Commission rates and amounts are not fixed by these Terms and may be changed by GoldMind AI for future qualifying actions at any time; commissions already credited are not affected by a later rate change. We may withhold, reverse, or deny a commission where we reasonably believe it resulted from fraud, abuse, self-referral, fake accounts, or manipulation of the referral system.
Earned commissions are held for the holding period configured by our administrators before becoming available for withdrawal, and remain subject to reversal during that period if the underlying payment is later rejected or found fraudulent. Withdrawal requests are subject to the minimum withdrawal amount in effect at the time of the request and are processed manually; you are responsible for providing an accurate payout address.
We may suspend or terminate your account, restrict your access to the Service, and withhold or reverse pending commissions or payments if we reasonably determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, payment manipulation, referral abuse, unauthorized redistribution of indicator access, or other abusive conduct. Where practical, we will attempt to notify you of the reason through Support.
The GoldMind AI name, logo, website, indicator, and all related content are the property of GoldMind AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms and an active subscription, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the indicator for your own trading analysis.
You may not sell, resell, sublicense, share, lend, or otherwise provide your TradingView access, account credentials, or indicator access to any other person, or attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the indicator or its underlying logic. Violation of this section is treated as a serious breach and may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons outside our control (including TradingView or Broker outages), and we are not liable for losses arising from such unavailability.
We may add, modify, or remove features of the Service, and may change subscription pricing, commission settings, or these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date on this page; continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoldMind AI and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, arising from or related to your use of the Service, the indicator, or any Broker accessed through the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Trading gold and other financial instruments carries a significant risk of loss. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice, and no profit, win rate, or outcome is guaranteed. Please read our full Risk Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
The governing law, court jurisdiction, GoldMind AI's registered legal entity, and any applicable regulatory licensing information have not yet been determined and are intentionally omitted from this draft — nothing above should be read as an implied claim about them. This section will be completed once GoldMind AI's operating legal entity and jurisdiction are confirmed, and these Terms must be reviewed by the owner or legal counsel before being treated as final or before the Service is launched commercially.
